Terms & Conditions for All Yoga Students (Indian & International)
By enrolling in any yoga course at Brahmyoga, all students agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Visa & Legal Compliance
All international students must enter India on a valid visa suitable for yoga training or study (e.g., Student Visa, Yoga Visa, or appropriate Tourist Visa).

It is the student’s sole responsibility to maintain valid legal immigration status during their stay in India.

The institute does not assist with visa applications, extensions, rejections, or legal matters arising from incorrect visa use.

A copy of your valid passport and visa must be submitted upon admission.

2. Accommodation & Stay
Students must reside on campus or in institute-approved accommodations during the course.

All students are expected to follow the daily routine, rules, and code of conduct of the institute.

Any misconduct, rule violation, or disturbance may result in expulsion without refund.

3. Health & Insurance
Students must be physically and mentally fit to participate in yoga practices.

Foreign students are advised to carry comprehensive health and travel insurance.

The institute is not liable for any illness, injury, or medical emergency that may occur during the course.

4. Course Commitment & Refund Policy
Full attendance is required unless a medical or personal emergency arises.

Course fees are non-refundable, except in the case of course cancellation by the institute.

No refund or course rescheduling will be granted in the case of early departure due to personal, visa, or travel issues.

5. Behavior & Cultural Respect
Students must show respect toward Indian culture, customs, and local laws.

Acts of disrespect, substance abuse, or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate dismissal from the course and property, with no refund.

6. Certification
A certificate of completion will be awarded only upon successful participation in all sessions and satisfactory performance.

This certificate is not equivalent to a government-approved teaching license unless otherwise specified.

7. Legal Responsibility
Students are responsible for their legal status, documents, belongings, and personal conduct while in India.

The institute is not responsible for legal issues, loss, theft, or accidents that occur outside the campus or due to negligence.
