Solar Eclipse सूर्य ग्रहण
शनिवार (कल) रात से सूर्य ग्रहण का सूतक शुरू हो गया है। आज 21 जून को पूरे देशभर में सुबह 10:24 बजे सूर्य ग्रहण लगेगा, जो दोपहर 1:48 बजे तक रहेगा।
इस सूर्य ग्रहण के दौरान चंद्रमा, सूर्य का अधिकांश भाग को ढक लेंगे। इस समय यथा संभव यात्रा, खान-पान व अन्य कार्य नहीं करें।
ग्रहण पर निम्नलिखित करें उपाय
-ग्रहण शुरू होने व समाप्त होने पर स्नान करें।
आज 10 से 3 बजे के बीच
10 माला
हरि ॐ
10 माला
ॐ नमः शिवाय शिवाय नमः
आदित्य हृदय, कनकधारा स्तोत्र, हनुमान चालीसा आदि पढें।
और बाकी समय में गायत्री मंत्र या गुरु मंत्र का अधिक से अधिक जाप करें। भगवान का स्मरण करें।
-गर्भवती महिलाओं को शिशु की स्वस्थता के लिए खाने, सोने, चाकू प्रयोग त्यागना चाहिए।
-खाने के सामान पर गेरू (चावल लेप) या कुशा रखना चाहिए।
-ग्रहण समाप्त होने पर यथा शक्ति सरसों तेल, उड़द, तांबे का बर्तन, गुड़, सोना, वस्त्र दान करना चाहिए।
विशेष उपाय
एक गोले को ऊपर से थोड़ा काटें
फिर उसमें चावल, चीनी, आटा, काले तिल, जौ,
(काली उरद, मूंग छिलका, लाल मसूर, चने की दाल – एक एक चुटकी)
सब मिलाकर गोले में भर लें।
12 बजे सिर पर से गायत्री मंत्र बोलते हुए सात बार घुमाएँ और 3 बजे के बाद किसी निर्जन स्थान पर मिट्टी में दबा दे या रख दें।

The moon will cover most of the sun during this solar eclipse. At this time, do not do travel, food and other work as possible.
Following measures on eclipse

Read Aditya Hriday, Kanakdhara Stotra, Hanuman Chalisa etc.
And in the rest of the time, chant Gayatri Mantra or Guru Mantra as much as possible. Remember the Lord.
– Pregnant women should stop using food, gold, knife for the health of the baby.
– food items should be kept on geru (rice coating) or kusha.
– On the end of the eclipse, you should donate mustard oil, urad, copper utensils, jaggery, gold, clothes.
Special remedy
Cut a shell a little from the top
Then in it rice, sugar, flour, black sesame, barley,
(Black Urad, Moong Peel, Red Masoor, Gram Dal – a pinch)
Mix it all and fill it in the shell.
Speak Gayatri mantra on your head at 12 o’clock and after 3 o’clock, press it in the soil or put it in a deserted place.
